Saturday 16th OctWalking is a great way to improve or maintain your overall health.
I started the work from my house around Daudu and proceeded for makurdi town through shorter routes along 30 minutes into the walk I was already exhausted but every minute of this walk was stressing due to the sun.
I had encouraged my self with the health implications that this physical excess will increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat, and boost muscle power and endurance.
It can also reduce your risk of developing conditions such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis and some cancers.
Remembering fully that walking is free and cheap to heal the mother earth.
